We are currently recruiting for the following positions:
Optical Assistant
As an Optical Assistant your role will involve meeting and greeting customers and always delivering an excellent customer experience.
The Responsibilities include:
- Performing pre-screening eye health checks.
- Ensuring a smooth and friendly handover to the optometrist.
- The Optical Assistant will dispense glasses.
- Doing collections.
- As an Optical Assistant you will help customers choose their frames.
- Minor repair and adjustments of spectacles.
- Administration duties.

Hearing Aid dispenser
In this role you will be:
- Conducting hearing tests for potential customers in accordance with the HCPC standards of proficiency and HCPC standards of performance, conduct and ethics, and BSHAA code of practice and BSHAA guidelines.
- Advising on and selling suitable hearing solution in accordance with the HCPC standards, care of practice and guidelines.
- Processing orders and carrying out other administrative tasks in
accordance with Company requirements. - Delivering excellent aftersales service, responding to service calls and resolving issues and queries in a timely and professional manner.
- There will be the occasions where you are required to visit a customer in their own home, if they can’t get into the Clinic.
- Proficient in ear wax removal preferred, but not essential.

Podiatrist
What We Are Looking For:
- BSc (hons) Podiatry Degree qualified, HCPC registered Podiatrist.
- Open to both new graduates and experienced podiatrists.
- Ability to confidently diagnose and treat a variety of podiatric conditions.
- Eagerness to expand your knowledge and skill set.
- We offer time allocated for training.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Proficient in English language, both written and verbal.
- IT proficiency for maintaining electronic health records and utilising digital
healthcare tools.
Duties:
- Conduct assessments, diagnose foot conditions, and develop and conduct treatment.
- Perform Nail Surgery when necessary.
- Educate patients on proper foot care techniques and preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and stay updated on medical advancements in podiatry.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
- Work effectively across our optical & hearing teams and branches.
